Ok, so it's true that I never update here, and it's true that no one reads my LJ anyone (because I don't update...). I'm just not a person that has a ton of things that happens in life. So I'm boring and thus have nothing to update about. XD
But anyway, last Saturday (yes, almost a week ago) I bought something from my cousin.



It costed me $200, but he knocked off $100 and tossed in the case (the second pic). So it wasn't something I was going to pass up. And it's only like 2 or 3 months old, almost never been used (he got it because he wanted something to hold him over for his iPhone... then he got some other phone XD), so I'm not complaining.
It's strange because we were talking about Macs and then I said something about the iPhone and then the iPod touch and then he said something like "I got an iPod touch... I'll sell it to you for $200" and I was like "Wait... what?...". So I picked it up a little over a week later. And I love it, surf the web, have all my songs in place, and then there's the other things, like the different time zones for friends, birthdays for friends, and so on. I love it... I wish I had one a long time ago.


And since I'm here I might as well post a few plans for the future.

Right now I got to save up for a desk (I got a desk in mind... but I don't know if it'll work or not. It's really 2 desks, and I just don't know...).
I plan on (some time this year) getting a 26" Samsung HDTV to go on the desk, and another XBox 360 to go along with it. That way I'll be able to play games and be able to be on MSN or be online at the same time... Now I just need some money. XD
And this Andy is sad because I can't get the Code Geass DVD boxset unless I order it online... and since I don't have a credit card... ;.;

Right now, I feel like I'm down with an ear infection. There's some pain, and my teeth hurt, but one of the worst parts is my ear (left ear) is blocked. And me no likes that because I like to hear things and not just have something blocking it. My mom is like "Go to the doctor tomorrow", heck no, doctors are evil (no offense to anyone here who is a doctor or trying to become one... and if you are trying to become one then that might make you evil because you like to stick people with needles or killed many many many helpless poor teddy bears while playing doctor on them).
Ear infections goes away in a few days anyway, so it's no biggie.... as long as I don't roll around in pain like my brother did a few months back when he had an ear infection... If that's the case then I wish for my 360 to go to Robo, MGS4 goes to Erica, Jorfe gets the Wii, and David gets the PS3.... sorry everyone else, I'm out of game consoles... well the rest of you can fight over the handhelds. XD
Well, here's to getting some sleep tonight... If I pop on around 4 or 5 am then that means I can't get sleep and likely in a lot of pain. XD

Oh yea, all of you are so into gaming... Oh well I'll post it anyway. XD

Last Thursday I spent over $700 on games and such. The reason behind this is because I got a PlayStation 3. In other words, I have now gone PSWii60 as well as DSP (I've always wanted to say that XD). That means I now own every current gen console and handheld. I'd have to say it's not that bad. XD
The PS3 I got was the PlayStation 3 Metal Gear Solid 4 bundle. Meaning I got MGS4 (that I'm going to sell... you'll see why in a min), the new Dual Shock 3 controller, and the the 80 gig PS3 (the one that they dropped and is now back). I got it for $500, and I got it at Wal-Mart so they gave me a $100 giftcard. And with that card I got some HDMI cables (gotta use them HDMI ports on my 37" HDTV... it'd be a waste if I didn't XD), I got another Dual Shock 3, I got this little charging stand thingy that has a nice light show when charging the PS3 controller, and I got Burnout Paradise for the PS3. All of that is over $100, but I only had to pay like $40 or so due to the gift card. So over all it was a great deal.
But before that I went by GameStop and picked up my pre-order for "Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots (Limited Edition)". Now that's why I'm going to get rid of the MGS4 copy that came with the PS3 (I got the Limited Edition so I don't need an extra copy). I also picked up the guide for MGS4 (I wanted the Limited Edition one but they said they ran out at the midnight launch). And I also got Ninja Gaiden II (well, it's my brother's game so he's going to pay me back when he gets the money). All of that topped out at around $170. So over all I spent over $700 (tax and all) on the PS3, some games, and some other things. And it was worth it (better to get it now with all of this stuff then to wait and get a worse deal on one).

And here are my PS3 games. The pic to the right is the outside box of the MGS4 LE as well as the two things that was inside (the game itself, and the blue one has the MGS4 OST and some vid on MGS... I haven't watched it yet). And the pic to the right has everything in the box as well as Burnout.

After making an LJ post so many months ago and then dropping off again I'm going to say that I'm back. And this time I think for good (it's just too hard for me to find things to update with.. I think most of my stuff is boring and no one wants to read. So thus I don't update). I like to LJ, and make comments and such... but me finding something good and unboring to update with is hard.

Anyway (took me 5 times to type "anyway".....really...) I'm going to make this one short seeing how it's my first one in ages and I'm not even sure if anyone will pay any mind to this post. XD

Let see... my (or my brother's) XBox 360 is dead again... Gotta love that... MS sure knows how to make systems.

OH! My laptop. For you that don't talk to me on MSN... well my laptop blew up. The motherboard was fried or something like that. So I had to send it off. It costed like $300 or something like that *too lazy to go look up the price* for everything. I guess to have my laptop back it's well worth it.... because I missed it so. And they fixed the VGA port as well.... so that means!

I think it was Abby that always wanted me to pull that tape off around it... Well, she got her wish.
Now I need a desk so I can set it up in my room. XD

Lets see... what else... I'm getting a PS3 in like 17 days. And damnit... I need to beat MGS and MGS2 before then.... But.... TWEWY........ ;.;

And this is getting kind of long... so... I just want to say that I was kicked out of Highschool. I went for my testing (the ones I always complain about), and they told me to never come back. They said they didn't want to see my face again, and told me my grades sucked so they kicked me out. XD

Now... I need to find pics for my new LJ layout. XD

I haven't made an LJ post in sooooooo long. Since I haven't posted in ages 20 bucks says NO ONE will read this. They'll be like "Who is this person?". XD
But really. Within a few days I'm planning on slapping together a new theme, and some other fixer upers. I wanted to wait until I had a layout together to make a new LJ post, but I thought it's best not to put it off much longer...
So, what's been happing in the life of Andy? Normal things, Heck... it's pretty much.... normal. I mean sure onlineness is different. But as for offline... it's the same old boring life. XD
Not even any new games beat since my last update. I mean sure we got a new game or two, but other then that... nothing. So why should I update my LJ again? XD

Anyway, something did in fact happen offline... Remember that December 25th update? About money, and an HDTV? Well... Last Friday I got to spend my money...

This is my old setup (well, this is really my brother's room, but this is where all the games are). It's a 19" almost flat TV. It's done well over the past few years, nothing wrong with it. I might even move it in my room (the one I got in there now is a little larger, but it's out of date). This is one of the better TVs we've had.

And this... is... the... new... setup...






This new thing is a lovely 37" HDTV. As you can see by the first pic and one of the new pics... there's no room with that TV sitting there. I mean the Wii and 360 were together, had a VCR, had cups, and had room left over.... But this thing.... it just took up the whole space. There is almost no room for the 360 and the Wii, it's just... big. And it's even bigger once you stand in front of it, and play games or watch TV on it... But oh my... playing games on that TV is so sweet. 37" of sure awesomeness from that TV. I just can't see how I was able to play games on that little 19"... with this 37" things are big, clear, crisp, and it's shocking.

When I saw it in store (they had a display) I was like "That's a good size. A little smaller then what I had thought, but over all I can't wait to buy it and hook it up at home.". But when I did get it home and pulled the box and the protective stuff off of it (it had some wrapper type thing on it), I was shocked, I mean "Holy shit" shocked... in fact that's what I said. And when we got it up on the dresser my jaw pretty much dropped... I mean this thing took up almost the whole dresser... I wasn't even sure how we were going to get everything set back up (well, we didn't... had to drop the VCR, and the PS2 was going to get set back up... but that isn't happening). But it all worked out, and now I got this larger then life TV in there. It's worth every pretty penny I spent on it (It was $617, and after the extended warranty and the tax on it, the price came out to $710). Sure, some of you might be thinking "PUT IT IN YOUR ROOM".... well.... there is no room for it. I got nothing in my room that would hold it. XD
Oh well, all the games are in there anyway.
So, strike one thing off my list. Next up, PS3, desk for my room, my laptop being fixed, and some other things. XD


Maybe next time I post an update I'll have a new layout... but we'll see.

Everyone else is doing it, so I guess I will as well. XD

What I got for Christmas was money ($300) and some Coca-Cola stuff. That's it. XD

Now, that money will be going to the HDTV I'm getting (I hope soon). Now if only I can get to the store and get it... XD

If I make it to Friday I'm home free... oh I guess I should hi to all of you, and say something like "I should update this more" or something like that. But I won't... unless you count that as saying it... XD

This is a December to remember... It's been a mess, one thing coming up right after another. Got a Christmas play, had singings, had work, had tests this week (thus Friday), had lots of running around to do, and to top it all off, had to change out the ducts. See, the outside cats got under the house and thought it'd be fun to rip great big holes in the ducts. We have a crawlspace (if you don't know what that is, look it up on google XD), so working under there was a pain... The first day it got dark on us under there, the flashlights were dying, and the flashlight that I had a drop cord to wouldn't run off the cord, it had to charge. The second day it rained, so rain means... that's right, mud... If I have to do that again the cats are gone (hell, I don't even know why they're still around...).
OH! I spent another $15 on a new pair of earbuds, these aren't the same brand I had before so maybe they won't break. They aren't as good as my Sony ones, but they'll do. My only prob is, they're too big. I even had to take some extra earpiece things off my Sony ones to put on the new ones, but I guess they'll do.

Anyone got any money? I'm going to see if I can buy that HDTV after Christmas. XD

This BG matches better with the overall dark colors on my laptop now. Everything from the ObjectDock, to the Windows stuff, to my FireFox browser skin, it's all back or really dark. And the new one looks so sweet, so I love it. XD

I want to get over this cold so I can get to being uncold.
Remember my last update saying "Maybe I'll keep it for awhile. XD" when talking about my new wall for my laptop? Well I lied. See, about a week ago I found another wall I kind of liked better. This is my 15th Bleach wall for my laptop...


Now isn't that better then the last one? It's a lovely Rukia wall. XD

You know what's funny? Paying for 2 pairs of $40 earbuds (in other words $80) and having both pairs break on you. It was nothing I did (I took extra care of my second pair), the damn thing just broke on me one day. On both pairs the left bud just died. So what I'll likely do is get a pair of $5 or $10 buds and use them only when I want to listen to something in stereo (I almost always only use the right bud). Oh well, here's to Sony earbuds.
I so want to get back to Tengen Toppa Gurren-Lagann, but busy busy...
And I know I shouldn't do it... but once I get done with Gurren Lagann I'm going to go back and watch FMA again (from the start). I loved the anime, so maybe I'll be able to watch it all in a few days. But it's just something I want to do, watch the whole series over again (not counting the movie,... I hated the movie...).

Lets see, Friday I was moving boxes around outside in 40 degree weather for over an hour. Saturday I had to work out in the cold in 45-50 degree weather. Sunday I woke up with a sore throat and a splitting headache all day. Today I got up at 12, the sore throat was worse and the headache was still there. I took some meds was up for about an hour and a half and then went back to sleep until 4:30. After waking up I was better, the sore throat was gone and the headache was better (even if it was still there). So, do I have a cold or not? If so then I want it up and going so I can get over it quicker, if not then good. XD

And in other news, I got a new BG for my laptop. Since it's cold I thought I'd go with a little winter theme thingy. Maybe I'll keep it for awhile. XD
